12th November 2009 - New Exercise Diary Feature

As of today we are pleased to inform you that we've added a new exercise diary feature that allows you to record individual exercises and activities (for example, housework, running, etc) that you've done each day and find out how many calories you've burnt based on the duration of the exercise.

As before, don't forget to record your weight first. This is because your weight affects how many calories you burn. The heavier you are then generally the more calories you will burn when carrying out an activity compared with a lighter person.

If you also enter the calories you've consumed in the day we'll calculate how much weight you've lost or gained - you'll be surprised by the results!
