Hi, does anyone know any really good food suggestions that add up to 1800 food calories in a day?

One i like is the following; Breakfast...Medium bowl of porridge with soya milk and dash of honey. Small handful of Walnuts.
Snack...Apple and a pear.
Lunch... Large chicken breast, large mixed salad with Caesar dressing.
Snack... Orange and handful of pumpkin seeds.
Tea....Fresh fish (about 400cals worth)Broccoli,peas and carrots.
After any exercise sessions...1 banana.
That's about 1800 cals. I feel really good on this while losing weight too! If you don't do any exercise that day just have about a 100 cals of fruit /veg or nuts/seeds extra during the snacks.
