I drink the green stuff a lot, don't know if it does me any good, but a lot of research seems to suggest it does, so i hope so. it was a bit of an acquired taste to start with but once your used to it it's ok. I like the ones mixed with lemon but you can get it mixed with others flavours if you dont' like it pure.

Me too! I've also seen quite a few weight loss pills advertising they have green tea extract in them....

I've seen those pills advertised as well but to be honest never really believed their claims as they never appeared to be a scientific basis for the claims
