At this time of year when it’s cold and miserable outside it’s hard to get motivated, especially if like me you’ve got used too being lazy and indulgent over Xmas. I find a good way to keep ticking over is to find an exercise class to go to as once there I have no choice but to train and once I’ve got going I really enjoy myself. I know that if I tried to train by myself I’d struggle to get going. It also a chance to learn a new skill such as dance/yoga or a martial art. Alternatively you could try roping in a training partner to share your workouts, that way you’ve got someone to help motivate you (and vice versa ) and help you to achieve your goals.

An interesting diet I found on the internet. Just click on the link. I'm not into dieting for weeks on end! http://www.diet.com/g/british-heart-foundation-diet

IMO the problem with this might be that such low cals even for just three days might cause the metabolism to slow down causing increased weight gain when you return to normal eating. Also with such a restricted calorie intake wouldn't it be better to swap the ice cream for something like natural yoghurt and the hotdogs for quality meat. With such a low calorie intake you need to make every calorie count and not waste them on poor quality foods.
