Hi there,

I like using the concept2 rower at my gym and am trying to understand the resistance setting on the fan bit that goes from 1 to 10. Am I right in understanding that the higher the number the more work your arms have to do? Is is also wrong to be wacking it up to max and should it really be around 4/5?

Thanks in advance!

Ten means it's harder to pull and i think one means it's lighter to pull but you'd have to move it faster to cover the same distance in the same time time. I believe level seven is a good balance that is a mainly used.
